A Cool Thank You on Hot Days

During these days of intense heat, a small gesture at Stahl Gerlafingen in Switzerland made a real difference: distributing ice creams to employees, colleagues and drivers on site. A simple moment, yet one that sparked smiles, encouraged informal exchanges and reminded us how important it is to pause, even briefly, to say thank you. As a Group, we firmly believe that caring for people is built through actions like these. In Vicenza as well, during the summer months, we offer small moments of rest and refreshment, such as the ice cream cart that, on scheduled days, enters our plants to bring a touch of coolness and lightness to those at work. They may seem like small details. Yet it is precisely these details that make everyday work more human, especially under more challenging conditions.
