Future Day at Stahl Gerlafingen: Passion, Technology and New Generations

Our Swiss site Stahl Gerlafingen took part in the Swiss National Future Day, an initiative that allows parents and grandparents to bring their children and grandchildren to the workplace. It was a special moment to open the doors of our steelworks and show what producing steel really means: expertise, technology, and passion.

Between the heat of the furnaces and the precision of automation, the kids had the chance to discover professions that combine digital skills, strength and ingenuity.

We believe the future is built this way: by sharing experiences, passing on values, and sparking curiosity.
