Students in the workplace: guiding, training, inspiring

Over the past few weeks, we have welcomed 18 students from various schools across the province to our Vicenza site, offering them the opportunity to gain practical experience in the company’s various departments through the FSL programme (formerly the school-work alternation scheme).

This was an opportunity for personal development and career guidance, enabling the students to gain first-hand insight into the industrial world, engage with experienced professionals and discover the skills that help create value for our Group every day.

The feedback we have received highlights a welcoming environment, the helpfulness of our colleagues, and practical, engaging activities: these elements confirm just how important it is to build bridges between schools and businesses.
