The Chalibria opening in France

On Thursday 9 March, LME Beltrame Group had the opportunity to inaugurate AFV Beltrame Group’s new carbon-neutral steel brand, #Chalibria, in Paris during a round table event entitled “Steel: the new frontiers of sustainability“.

A moment of rich discussions with the presence of Mr. Bruno Jacquemin, Managing Director of A3M and permanent delegate of the CSF Mine et Métallurgie, Mrs. Anaïs Voy-Gillis, associate director at June Partners and associate researcher at the IAE of Poitiers, Mr. Ambroise Lecat, specialist of the steel market and partner at Roland Berger and Mr. Carlo Beltrame, Managing Director of LME Beltrame Group, whom we thank warmly for their contribution to the success of this event.

Thanks also to Mrs. Capucine GRABY, journalist and entrepreneur, for managing the moderation of this discussion.

It was also an opportunity to present the group’s #sustainability strategy, and in particular Chalibria, carbon neutral steel by offsetting carbon emissions (Scope 1+2+3).

Chalibria thus enables a transition that is in line with the company’s commitment to carry out the projects defined in the #decarbonation plan and to communicate transparently and inclusively with all its stakeholders.
