Educational Synergy between School and Industry: The Case of Liceo Fogazzaro and AFV Beltrame Group

What happens when school knowledge is confronted with business reality? An experience is born that leaves its mark.

This is the case of the collaboration between the Liceo “Fogazzaro” in Vicenza and AFV Beltrame Group, which involved the 5AU class of the High School of Human Sciences in a concrete and stimulating educational path.

The project was divided into two parts: an initial classroom meeting to explore the language and dynamics of the HR world, followed by an immersive visit to the steel plant.

The students experienced at first hand the processes of talent acquisition, recruiting and onboarding, until they tried their hand at a project activity to solve a real challenge in the maintenance department. An opportunity to put into practice the psychology and sociology skills learned in the desks.
