More than 300 participants and great enthusiasm characterised the two days of training for our employees.
Many presentations followed one another with a particular focus on #continuous improvement, the production process, #security and #cybersecurity.
Our thanks go to the entire ‘Ocjo’ team who, with an interesting theatrical performance, sensitised the audience to the topic of prevention culture in occupational health and safety.
With the theatrical tool, a level of involvement was created that aimed to go beyond the cognitive and merely notional sphere, to activate the emotional level of the participants, who were then led to reflect on their role as protagonists of change in memorising and internalising the information learned.
The theatre techniques associated with safety training proved to be a training tool capable of affecting perceptions of risk and encouraging a change of mentality in the workers themselves, who are called upon to be an active part of the company’s prevention system.
Special thanks: Stefania Beltrame Giacomello, Alessandra Centofante, Giulia Caruso and Sviluppo Formazione for the excellent organisation!
