Equal payment fully respected in our swiss plant STAHL GERLAFINGEN
The Federal Act on #Equality between Women and Men (GlG) in Switzerland was revised lately.
The law was supplemented with an obligation for employers to conduct an internal equal pay analysis.
The amendment aims to enforce the constitutional right to equal pay for equal work and work of equal value.
Just recently, an external consultant compagny audited AFV Beltrame’s Swiss site.
At Stahl Gerlafingen, the staff is pleased that the company complies fully with these provisions.
