A new “dinosaur” in Stahl Gerlafingen
The transport of our new “dinosaur” from Leipzig to Gerlafingen, in Switzerland, took over a week. It weighs over 40 tons and will transport the electric furnace slag in 3 shifts. Every year it will transport around 90.000 tons of slag from the casting hall to the Ruvido (so we called our recycled product ©) processing pit and tip it there. RUVIDO is a certified product that can be widely used in the construction of roads, substrates and asphalt. When buying our dinosaur, we paid particular attention to sustainability, low maintenance requirements and durability.
