The PCTO weeks (“Pathways for Transversal Skills and Orientation”, formerly Alternate Work-School Projects dedicated to students in the last three classes of secondary schools) are coming to an end, during which we placed 5 students from 5 different institutes in as many departments of the Vicenza plant to give them a closer look at our work reality.
The programmes offered by the PCTOs provide the students with the necessary tools to identify their skills and competences, developing an awareness of their own means in view of their future insertion in the labour market.
This is why we tried to offer a training experience that would enable them to develop those transversal and interdisciplinary skills necessary to enter the next job context prepared.
Good luck guys and goodbye!
