All italian sites of AFV Beltrame Group certified ISO 45001:2018
Following the Certification Audit from RINA, AFV Beltrame SpA (All Italian Sites) achieved the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational health and safety (OHS) management systems certification. ISO 45001 replaces OHSAS 18001, and sets out the requirements for organisations aiming to create a successful health and safety management system. Valerio Forti, Group EHS Director said: “We are proud to be one of the first steel produce companies to achieve compliance to the ISO 45001 standard. Achieving conformity to the new international OHS standard will bring huge benefits to our organisation. The Italian EHS team has made a big work and it will help Beltrame businesses to provide a safe and healthy workplace for workers and other people, reduce injury and illness as well as continually improving OHS performance and improving worker consultation and participation”.
