Global Recycling Day
Today is Global Recycling Day! Created in 2018 it was established to celebrate the importance of recycling and the major role it plays in preserving our precious primary resources and securing the future of our planet.
It is a day for the world to unite for this cause, and place our planet first.
In AFV Beltrame Group we are fully committed to give waste and by-products a new life by recycling them both in steelmaking processes and in other industrial activities or civil works.
Our AWaReProject (All Waste Recovered), with a zero waste-to-landfill goal, allowed the Group to reach a waste recovery ratio of more than 90% in 2020.
