AFV Beltrame Group is a company that has historically been very sensitive to the welfare of its employees and the area in which it operates.

With a view to moving ever closer to the needs of its employees, the company has decided to focus in recent initiatives on two invaluable values: time and health. Trying to offer our people services directly in the company (which would otherwise have to be sought outside) saves time (travel and costs with all that goes with it), and more free time means being able to devote to one’s interests and affections. A mix of time and health is protected, for example, with the administration at all Italian locations of flu vaccines, giving all employees who so desire the opportunity to be vaccinated free of charge by a doctor present in our infirmaries. Various medical screenings (women’s check-ups, cariological examinations..) are also offered annually.
