Barbara Beltrame’s speech at the B7 meeting in Berlin

Barbara Beltrame Giacomello, Vice-President of Confindustria and Head of Communication & Marketing of AFV Beltrame Group spoke yesterday at the #B7GER meeting in Berlin underlining how: “Business can do a lot alone, but it cannot do everything. Governments can do much more to facilitate supply chains and their security, starting with improving infrastructure, removing tariff and technical barriers, harmonising standards, optimising customs controls and supporting risk management of small and medium-sized companies.
In an interconnected world, only collaboration and synergy between institutions and individuals can guarantee favourable regulatory and trade ecosystems for a new economic order, based on reciprocity and trust in which businesses are always ready to play their part”.
