The future of the San Giovanni Valdarno plant passes by the tracks
Building economic recovery and creating new opportunities for industrial development even during the ongoing epidemiological crisis, this is the common goal of the Beltrame Group and Mercitalia Rail, a company specialized in the rail transport of goods. Today the AFV Beltrame Group junction was reopened inside the San Giovanni Valdarno plant. The operation will allow a better connection with headquarters of Vicenza, increasing rail transport, optimizing production resources and respecting and respecting the environment. Mercitalia Rail will facilitate this reactivation by integrating its core inter-plant rail transport business, with the ancillary operational support activities of the first/last mile.
