The invitation to the confidential session, chaired by Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella and Jared Spataro, Chief Marketing Officer of Microsoft’s AI at Work, underlined the importance and key role played by the hashtag#artificialintelligence and digital innovation in the Italian and international industrial landscape.
The objective was to explore the most innovative applications of AI in large companies, and the involvement of our Group highlighted the recognition for our commitment to digital transformation and the use of cutting-edge technologies that from a tool, can become a driving force for the future of business.
During the event, Microsoft announced a €4.3bn strategic investment in Italy to transform the country into a technology hub for Southern Europe and the Mediterranean. This represents a great opportunity for Italian companies, which will be able to benefit from resources, digital infrastructure, and advanced artificial intelligence services. The commitment of the American multinational will help stimulate the adoption of high-quality digital technologies and create an innovative ecosystem that will position Italy as a strategic reference point for emerging technologies.
