‘Optimally valuing all the people who make up the Beltrame Group, bringing out and growing their contributions of competence, passion and dedication, translates into the concept of People First, to which we have always been committed with both specific projects and daily activities, flexibility initiatives for work-life balance, and social sustainability programmes that have a direct impact on employee well-being,’ explains Roberto Valente, Group Chief HR & EHS Officer.
‘Enhancing human capital also means making our people cohesive in the working environment, competent, flexible, engaged and motivated to keep up with change. To achieve this, we have nurtured an important process of integrating the perspectives, needs and expectations of our employees. The system is based on a very strong sharing of experiences and feedback, which is essential to create a sense of belonging and recognition.
Being present in this lisa means that all these efforts are understood by our employees and spurs us on to continue to be that steel with a human face more and more with the concreteness of facts’.
