The circular future of steel, told by CARLO CARRARO, for our annual Frames magazine10250

“The need for a progressive approach to a circular economy is now recognized in all economic sectors and in all the analyses that take into account the sustainability of economic growth over time.
A circular economy presupposes, in fact, that products maintain their added value for as long as possible, minimizing the introduction of new waste. Moreover, at the end of a product’s life cycle, intrinsic resources are not lost, but are fed back into the economic system to create new value. Circularity is therefore also a form of production efficiency, as well as environmental protection”.

Sincere thanks to Carlo Carraro, Full Professor of Environmental Economics and Rector Emeritus of Ca’ Foscari University of Venice and Vice President of IPCC-WG III, which analyzed in depth the theme of the circularity of steel for the beltrame Group’s frames magazine, providing an interesting, clear and exhaustive point of view.

The human face of steel, told by BARBARA BELTRAME, for our annual Frames magazine10046

In our annual Frames magazine, we have described our reality through the actions, people, data and skills in which the deepest values of our business lie.

But, this year, the story has a new look.

After the presentation of some completed projects, we wanted to bring you closer to #steel, presenting some of its characteristics and above all letting each of them be interpreted by the sensitivity of intellectual voices transversal to the steel world.

You will thus discover a material with a Human (Barbara Beltrame Giacomello), Circular (Carlo Carraro), Fluid ( Stefano Schiavo), Versatile (Cristiana Catino), Resilient (Bebe Vio) and Strong (Massimiano Bucchi) face.

An evolution of meanings that enriches our journey and that we are glad to share with you.
