Training project in AFV Italy

40 hours, 102 participants from the three Italian plants, divided into 11 groups for a total of 4080 training hours. These are the numbers of a training course that aimed to improve technical and behavioural skills, to prepare participants to face the challenges of their role more effectively. The programme was replicated in all the Group’s Italian plants and addressed technical, relational, digital and process issues. It started in September and will end in January.

‘Training and skills updating plays an increasingly strategic role in the professional development of our people, as well as bringing benefits in terms of productivity, work quality and corporate climate,’ explained Alessandra Centofante, ’which is why investment in human capital remains fundamental for innovation and growth.
