Beltrame: first place in the Welfare section

We are proud to announce that our company took first place in the ‘Welfare’ section of the prestigious ‘Company for Generation Z’ award, organised by Radar Academy to celebrate Italian companies that invest in young talent. The Award, now in its third edition, was presented in Milan at the Bosch Italia headquarters. Our company was selected from among 41 companies that have distinguished themselves for having implemented concrete plans to enhance the value of young people in various areas, including: hiring young people born after 1995; internships and placement opportunities; career paths and prospects; corporate welfare and personal wellbeing; smart working and hybrid work; continuous training and talent retaining policies; collaborations with schools, universities and business schools; diversity and inclusion; and social responsibility and sustainability. ‘This is an achievement that underlines our ongoing commitment to improving the well-being of our employees through innovative and targeted initiatives. We invest in numerous welfare projects that aim to improve work-life balance, with a focus on saving time and improving health. We firmly believe that a healthy and balanced environment is crucial for the personal and professional growth of our people. Every year we implement new services and conventions, listening to the requests we receive internally and trying to offer solutions that can really make a difference. Our goal is to create a work environment where each individual can feel valued and supported, thus contributing to the company's collective success, and this award recognises the work done in this direction,’ said Alessandra Centofante, Group HR Management Senior Specialist .
