Attention to human capital, to people, is and will always remain the priority for the Group. Indeed, people are the fundamental factor for a sustainable growth project. For this reason, a program of concrete actions has been launched aimed at reducing (and possible zeroing) the number of accidents and illnesses in the workplace, with the goal of achieving a three-year 2022-2024 Group-wide reduction in the frequency rate of accidents with lost days (so-called LTIFR), bringing it back to pre-covid levels.
