Duties / Responsibilities

    What you will do:

  • Coordinate APC activities (PDCA)
  • Support the Head of OpEx in training activities in the area of Lean Management
  • Coordination and implementation of 5S activities
  • Support the Head of OpEx in the selection of new projects
  • Develop and manage continuous improvement projects
  • Communicate the current status of OpEx activities internally
  • Carrying out coaching activities to support the project leaders
  • Introduction and monitoring of control instruments

Required qualifications

    Sie begeistern uns:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung
  • Weiterbildung im technischen Bereich
  • Kenntnisse in Lean / Six-Sigma, Yellow Belt/ Green Belt von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Industrieumfeld
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
