BELCARE

BELCARE is the structured corporate welfare plan of the Beltrame Group. It represents the overarching framework of values and strategy within which every single measure takes on its full meaning: not a catalogue of benefits, but an integrated and coherent system, designed to address the real needs of people throughout the entire span of their professional and personal lives.

The name BELCARE is born from the union of the Beltrame corporate identity and the English word Care, which encompasses the concepts of caring, attention, and concern for people. This linguistic fusion is no coincidence: it is a deeply intentional identity choice that carries with it the history and heritage of values of the Group, while embracing the universal concept of care in its healthcare, welfare, and relational dimensions. In this sense, BELCARE is more than a neologism: it is the explicit declaration that caring for people is not a secondary activity, but is intrinsically tied to the corporate identity. It is Beltrame taking care.

The program

The program is structured around four interconnected areas of action:

  • Health as a foundation: safeguarding the physical wellbeing and health of employees.
  • Family support: measures that accompany people through the most significant moments of family life, including the initiatives of the Bando Riparto.
  • Everyday simplification: tools and services that lighten the organisational burden of daily life.
  • Wellbeing in the workplace: initiatives aimed at improving the quality of the everyday work experience.

The choice of this name and this approach underscores how attention to employees is not an external initiative layered on top of corporate culture, but rather represents its very essence. BELCARE is Beltrame in its most authentic expression: a company that recognises in the care of its human capital its own distinguishing element and the key to its future.
