AFV Beltrame Group is growing! We are looking for a* for our Vicenza site:
HR Digital Innovation Intern

We are looking for a curious individual with a keen interest in the digital world and a natural aptitude for using and experimenting with technological tools, to join the Group’s HR department.

The role is also open to candidates without a strictly HR background, provided they are motivated to work on systems, data and digital projects that support people and business processes.

Duties / Responsibilities

    What you will be doing:

    The successful candidate will be involved in operational and project-based activities relating to the management and development of internal HR digital systems, with a particular focus on:

  • Supporting the development and evolution of an HR chatbot project;
  • Implementing, maintaining and updating internal systems;
  • Providing user support and managing operations via ticketing platforms;
  • Providing helpdesk support to internal users on how to use HR systems;
  • Daily interaction with external consultants and company stakeholders;
  • Collaborating with international teams on cross-country coordination of management systems;

Required qualifications

    Who we are looking for:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferably in Digital Innovation, Management or a related field);
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel;
  • A keen interest in the digital world and information systems;
  • A practical, problem-solving approach;
  • Excellent knowledge of English;
  • Knowledge of French or German would be an advantage;
