Salary framework Salary framework: National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry – Level C2, Gross Annual Salary €35,553 (+/- 5%) + Performance Bonus

Duties / Responsibilities

    What you will do:

  • Support and/or coordinate strategic projects, monitoring and verifying their progress;
  • Develop and oversee continuous improvement projects at Group level;
  • Analyse data to drive problem-solving during the implementation phase;
  • Liaise with a range of company functions, across both operations and office areas and among the Group’s different plants.

Required qualifications

    What we are looking for:

  • Degree in Management Engineering;
  • Ability to manage complex projects independently;
  • Excellent command of English;
  • Good command of the Office suite, particularly Excel;
  • Accuracy, strong organisational skills, and a process-oriented mindset;
  • Good communication skills and a genuine aptitude for teamwork.
