AFV Beltrame Group is growing! We are looking for a*:

Accounts Payable Specialist

The successful candidate will report directly to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and will be responsible for supplier accounting, working in a team with colleagues from other departments and liaising with suppliers.

Duties / Responsibilities

    What you will do:

  • Recording domestic, EU and non-EU invoices;
  • Recording employee expense reports;
  • Reconciling supplier ledgers;
  • General accounting entries;
  • Managing supplier records at Group level;
  • Managing supplier purchase requests for the Administration department.

Required qualifications

    What we are looking for:

  • Diploma in Accounting or Degree in Economics or related disciplines;
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in accounting gained in medium-sized companies and/or professional firms;
  • Knowledge of general accounting and accounts payable processes;
  • Familiarity with SAP or structured ERP systems is preferable;
  • Good knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel;
  • Basic knowledge of VAT regulations;
  • Knowledge of German is preferred;
  • Accuracy, analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and aptitude for teamwork;
  • Problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
