In industrial settings, protecting workers during periods of high temperatures cannot rely solely on general measures. Water, additional breaks, mineral salts and proper management of exposure times are essential tools, but to be truly effective they must be supported by a precise understanding of actual working conditions.<\/p>\n

For this reason, together with Safe srl<\/a>, we have developed Work Analysis 2.0, a project that introduces an innovative approach to heat risk management through the continuous monitoring of the microclimate within the factory.<\/p>\n

Thanks to a network of 34 monitoring points, sensors distributed across the various departments, a dedicated weather station installed at the production site and the use of professional thermal imaging cameras to analyse heat sources, we have a constantly updated picture of operating conditions.<\/p>\n

The aim is simple: to move from periodic risk assessment to dynamic management based on objective data, capable of supporting targeted interventions where and when they are actually needed.<\/p>\n

The information gathered enables us to identify the most critical areas, plan specific mitigation actions and adapt preventive measures to the actual conditions within the plant, thereby improving the protection of people and the effectiveness of interventions.<\/p>\n

\u2018Managing heat-related risks today requires a paradigm shift. It is not enough simply to be aware of the risk: it must be monitored continuously so that we can take prompt action based on objective data.
