We hosted the AIDDA ETS Association of Female Entrepreneurs and Business Executives<\/a> at our headquarters for a discussion session within our facilities.<\/p>\n

The meeting brought together two worlds that share key assets: expertise, decision-making ability, long-term vision and the management of complexity.<\/p>\n

In the steel industry, as in women-led businesses, value is built through constant investment in technology, organisation and human capital. Steel is the result of rigorous processes, control, precision and industrial responsibility: the very same drivers that characterise sound, growth-oriented management.<\/p>\n

Opening our doors to AIDDA meant sharing our vision, but also confirming how diversity of skills and experience represents a real competitive advantage for the future of the industry.
