An achievement that fills us with pride: we came third in the \u201cWork-Life Balance\u201d category, a result that recognises the tangible efforts we make every day for our people.<\/p>\n

#Wellbeing, #welfare and integrated projects are not just buzzwords for us: they are the pillars of a corporate culture that puts our people at the centre, particularly the younger generations.<\/p>\n

The jury particularly assessed the direct impact and added value of the project, recognising its ability to focus on innovation, social wellbeing and the new demands of the workplace.<\/p>\n

This result spurs us on to continue investing in work-life balance initiatives, in the knowledge that people\u2019s wellbeing is a key factor in growth and competitiveness.<\/p>\n
