The \u2018Marketing and Budgeting 2025 Workshop\u2019, which saw the students of the Degree Course in Creativity and Communication Design at the IUSVE – Salesian University Institute of Venice<\/a>, engaged in a concrete challenge alongside the AFV Beltrame Group, came to a successful conclusion. <\/p>\n

The brief? To strengthen internal communication and, in particular, to enhance corporate welfare services.<\/p>\n

‘We deeply believe in the value of internal communication as a cultural and managerial lever. Welfare is a pillar of our strategy,’ said Barbara Beltrame Giacomello<\/a>, Group Vice President.<\/p>\n

In just under two weeks, the students analysed the organisational context, studied internal audiences, designed strategies and defined KPIs. The result? A range of concrete, sustainable and value-generating proposals.<\/p>\n

\u2018We were impressed by the students’ serious and creative approach. The comparison with their perspectives stimulated us a lot,’ commented Giulia Caruso<\/a>, Group HR Management Director & Deputy CHRO.<\/p>\n

The workshop, coordinated by Prof. Alberto Mason<\/a>, to whom our thanks go, demonstrated once again how the dialogue between education and business is a strategic lever for growth and innovation.
